Our Objectives
- To provide an association within Ontario for the purpose of affecting cooperation among individuals, groups and governmental organizations interested and active in the field of criminal justice.
- To further, by all appropriate means, the study of criminology and criminal justice issues.
- To inform the public, government, profit, and non-profit organization and promote an understanding of the criminal justice system.
- To co-operate with organizations, either inside or outside of Ontario, that have similar goals and objectives.
- To receive and administer all monies including funding grants, donations, gifts, legacies and bequests to further the objects of the CJAO.
- To promote and advance a fair, progressive and compassionate criminal justice system.
