About the Award
Eligibility:
The award is available to full-time undergraduate students at a
recognized Ontario University or College interested in criminal justice.
Prize:
The winner of this competition will receive:
- $500 cash award; and
- Offer of publication in the Canadian Criminal Justice Association's Justice Report
Topic:
Recent shifts in the American political landscape have had political and economic impacts (e.g. immigration, tariffs, border security) that may have effects on Canada’s criminal justice system.
In your own words, please describe how these events may impact the Canadian Criminal Justice System (e.g., law enforcement, legal rights, access to justice etc.).
Note: the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is prohibited. Essays found to have used AI, in anyway, will be disqualified.
